Well i like c4d better i can see everything on the right hand side of the screen loke all the objects i have in a scene etc it does not disappear when you load another object you may be able to make 3dmax to operate like that but i couldnt figure that part out but there are good things in both programs i often use the torus knots from 3ds max because c4d's is just a circle not a knot if that makes sense.sorry for the rambling on.
